I am an extremely poor person, but I sing solo in church every Sunday. A long time ago, I bought an old iPad Pro (approx. 13 inches). It serves as a music display instrument and sound module. The iPad is connected via a USB cable to a dock (Satechi mobile pro 18W) to an old stereo system (Panasonic SC-PMX94), as a sound card. Everything sounds very good. Now I've heard that the IPad's microphones are not that bad and might be enough for my low demands, for audio recording (voice). I can't do that on the computer because of the inherent noise. To keep the music accompaniment and the voice separate, I would need inexpensive closed studio monitor headphones. Since I am anything but an audiophile (although I am a good singer), I have no idea about impedance and connection. a) Are the above headphones recommended for me? b) Which connection do I choose best (jack of the Ipad [docking station] or jack of the stereo system or USB)? c) What is the maximum resistance I can use, and which is recommended? (I also have an old Zoom H1, 1st version, but with the latest firmware. Maybe that would also be a good audio interface in this case. On the computer, it is recognised both as an ASIO input and output. I don't know about the Ipad).
You can connect the H1 to the iPhone, presumably it will also work with the iPad:
