thing is i really want a beast computer with very high end like i can never have problems in a price range of 3 k

-i think with 650w you sould be good
-a 1080ti for 931.- naaaah get the Evga 2080 for 995 or 929.
-in my opinion i would get a HDD a speed form 7200RPM.
-and you really want this Motherboard? its kinda to expensive for me.
