How many watts should the power supply unit have for such a graphics card?

It also depends on your other components.
Min. recommended system power is 750W, I would take at least a 850W power supply, if not even 1000W if you have other power-hungry components or want to overclock (enough reserve power for your other components and future-proof for future components).
