How long is the warranty if I buy an Apple iMac 2024, you read a lot about limited Apple manufacturer warranty of only 1 year, but according to the Swiss Code of Obligations it is 2 years, what applies now?

Both are somehow true. In the first year, the warranty service is provided directly by Apple, even in an Apple Store, after which the item must be sent to a licensed service centre.
