How fast can the HDD's be read if they were connected internally (gbps)? What is the number of revolutions (rpm)?

Helpful answer

Since it is an HDD, technically a maximum of 160 MB/s can be achieved. In practice, however, the maximum is usually 60 MB/s, even with new factory disks.

Question: I have seen that the hard disk runs on the operating system of MAC OS "Sierra". Does it also run on "High Sierra". Thanks for the feedback. AM
