The main difference is the resolution. The Brio Stream brings 4k instead of Full HD.

On the one hand, you could say that you don't need more than Full HD or less if the educational video stays at Full HD or less. On the other hand, with 4k you can of course use the digital zoom in relation to Full HD up to two times magnification without loss.

Note: Depending on the demands on sound quality and the type of sound source, one should work with a separate microphone.

I don't know the Brio Stream, so I can't compare. I use the C930e for videoconferencing and educational videos. It has a large angle (wide angle), which means that you can really record the half-total, even if you are sitting directly in front of the computer. The quality is very good in my opinion. The camera also works under Linux with v4l out-of-the-box (Ubuntu 18.04).
