How can I tell if it is Swiss French or Swiss German layout? I would like to purchase an SG version if possible. The screenshot is qwerty. Thank you.

The physical layouts are the same. You define the layout in the operating system. The only difference is whether the key defaults to ä or à without pressing shift. Same or any other characters. Works on Windows and Linux.
