How can I see that my power bank is fully charged? And how can I see how much has already been used and when I need to recharge?

The 4 LED lights indicate whether the battery is fully charged (all 4 LEDs are lit) or should be recharged soon (when only 1 LED is still lit):
Fully charged: after briefly pressing the button, all 4 LEDs light up; if only 1 LED is still lit, it is probably time to charge soon.
