How can I connect the Philips 498P9/00 monitor to my Macbook Air M1 2020 so that I have a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels? The Macbook Air M1 supports up to 6K and has two Thunderbolt ports. The monitor has two HDMI 2.0 b and one Displayport 1.4 connector.

It works via Displayport 1.4. HDMI 2.0b can do max 4K, if I remember correctly. For more HDMI data transfer, you would need HDMI 2.1. The DP 1.4 supports 8K at 60 Hz!
