I connect my mobile via AUX. Unfortunately, the device is constantly searching for Bluetooth devices and immediately connects to a free one, even when music is playing via AUX. Unfortunately, I can't seem to switch off the Bluetooth search or Bluetooth as a whole on the device. Is there a solution to this? Can Bluetooth be deactivated?
Hi luca.mahler,
We are sorry to hear this. If you want to stop playing music with the BLUETOOTH device, perform one of the following actions to terminate the BLUETOOTH connection.
When the BLUETOOTH connection is disconnected, you will hear the voice prompt (BLUETOOTH disconnected) from the speaker.
-Switch off the Bluetooth function on the Bluetooth device.
For details, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the device.
-Switch off the BLUETOOTH device.
-Switch off the speaker.

It works with my SRS-XG300: AUX has priority over Bluetooth, playback via Bluetooth is not possible as long as AUX is plugged in. You can also select AUX as the source in the "Music Centre" app.
