Hi, I wanted to know what happens if you could not redeem it before two years' time. Due to pandemic I could not redeem it and appreciate your help if someone knows how can I use it? Thanks!

If the voucher has not been redeemed after the expiry date, please contact our customer service (digitecdigitec.ch) directly. Then this can be checked individually.
