According to the manufacturer, there is no other way to update the firmware. On their website they provide the following information on how to solve this problem:

- Check whether the latest version of the app has been downloaded
- Check whether the speakers have a Wi-Fi connection, the update is not transmitted via Bluetooth
- Have the speakers connected to the power supply before the update is started
- If problems persist, restart the speakers
