Question about Samsung ViewFinity S6 - S60UD
Hi, I have connected my macbook pro to the USB and video works, but a USB dongle connected to the USB A port is not recognised. Same with a Lenovo X1 under Windows. Does anyone know why?

Based on the information available, the product supports image transfer and data transfer via USB C (USB hub function). However, it is important to note that the USB A port only works if the notebook is connected via USB C with the data connection activated. The USB hub is not activated when using HDMI or DisplayPort.
Please therefore check:
-Connection via USB C with full data cable (not just a charging cable)
-Whether USB devices are displayed in the system
-Whether the dongle is recognised directly on the notebook
