Hi, I have a small problem. In my Google Home App, my Google Nest Mini shows that the device is not available, i.e. I simply do not have access to the device settings of the Nest Mini, although the device is connected to the WLAN and also works normally. I have already reset the device several times and tried other solutions such as restarting the router. Can anyone help me?

Hi meezu, what other solutions have you tried? Have you already deleted the app and reinstalled it? Maybe it's not the wifi or the router.
