In general, 1000 w with a TDP of 300 watts should be enough for the graphics card. Of course, the other components are still missing from the question. Regarding the rgb fans: let's assume that one takes 5 watts, which is already a lot, that's 45 watts. So okay. Cpu and the rest should not exceed 400 watts (even at OC).
