Question about Dell U3821DW
hi, does anyone use this monitor under macOS (M1 / M2)? If so: 1) Connection via USB-C stable? 2) Standby / wake works well? 3) Is it possible to leave the resolution "native", i.e. without scaling?

I use this monitor with a MacBook Pro 14" M1 and a MacBook Air 13" M1. I can answer all your questions with yes. Absolutely recommendable.
