Hi all; is this product in two parts? i.e. a 230V adapter and voltage converter connection for the Surface? Unfortunately not quite visible in the picture... Thanks

There is a cable that goes into the socket (part 1) and the actual power supply with the cable that goes to the Surface (part 2).
