Hey everyone! Can you see the light emitting diodes through the tube or is the light nicely refracted? So you can see the individual dots or is the light uniform? I want to mount the light tube on the ceiling of my balcony, so it would be ugly to see the dots.

No, there are no individual LEDs visible, the Lightstripe shines continuously.
