Question about Seagate Expansion Desktop

Hello To be honest, I'm not sure if I'm in the right place. I use the hard drive as a storage medium for my backup copies. The hard drive fulfils this function. However, for some time now it has started to make clicking noises. Quite loud. Should I be worried?

I would be worried. Maybe it's better to get a new one, the data backup is already something important. HDs can sometimes give up the ghost.
