This is not an if and maybe. It's a MUST. The only question is whether they will get it right at the time of delivery.

Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

Most sellers include a CH cable with a power supply unit.  So far I have always received one, regardless of who I ordered it from.

In my office, there's a whole box with about 100 rum. 
Which I find unnecessary. The amount that is produced and disposed of.

It doesn't matter which device uses a cold plug that also comes with a CH cable.
