Hello My D10 Plus has no more power in turbo mode does anyone know what the problem could be? Dust bag, brush, filter I have changed everything but still little power there... Thank you

I've got the same problem. It doesn't even suck properly any more. Have you solved the problem?
I've asked for it to be taken care of, as it's under guarantee, but I'm waiting for the right thing to do.

Did you open the top and empty the robot's dust bin yourself? I had the same problem and didn't even think of this because it empties itself. However, as we have cats, the machine doesn't manage to empty the internal dust bin completely, which eventually led to it being completely full and therefore blocked due to the hair.
