Hello, My child has locked his timmkoo MP3 player. He can't remember the code. I need to call customer service to provide a code so that they can unlock it for me. Do you have the customer service number? Thank you
There is a small hole at the bottom of the charging socket. The device can be reset using a paper clip. It must be held down for approx. 10 seconds.
