Hello, it's true that it's not a very good mp3 but it's more than adequate for my children. Once you've put your music on the MP3, you need to go to the Music application and update or synchronise the songs. The application will then search for all the audio files on the MP3 and make them available to you. I'm always available if you need a print screen ;-)

This MP3 player is so troublesome that we have sent it back. So I can't give you exact instructions. But it was the case that every time I loaded something new onto it, even if it was just a single additional radio play, I had to reload all the files somewhere in the settings in some way. And this usually took 10 minutes. Sometimes this only worked when I restarted the MP3 player. We gave up after 3 months. Not suitable for us as an MP3 player for children, where you want to load a new one quickly.
