Hello, Is this scanner working with the CASIO SE-S400 cash register? It only works with a cable ref 55-55000-3. Thank you in advance for your reply.

According to our investigation the CASIO SE-S400 does not have a USB interface which is needed to support this scanner. For further information about if this can be fixed I suggest contacting the manufacturer of the cash register https://world.casio.com/support
