Hello, I have the following problem with my Samsung QE43Q60CAUXXN - software version: T-NKLCDEUC-0090-220 2.0, BT-S: Streaming services and apps work perfectly. When switching to TV (via satellite) or DVD player or Amazon Firestick, the picture is black and nothing is displayed. It recognises the channels and the external devices too. Already tried factory reset, same problem.

Apps ok, but all external sources black → mostly HDMI-CEC/handshake or input board defective.

Please test:

- Switch off Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC).
- Try other HDMI cables/ports.
- Reset picture mode.

If everything remains black → most likely hardware error on the input module.
