Hello, I have had the beamer for about a year and until recently I had no problems. However, about 1 month ago, it simply didn't produce a picture and only sound. But I haven't connected it to a TV or PC, just an HDMI+cable to an old XBOX, which is rarely used and the beamer runs normally via WLAN.do you have a solution for this problem (HDMI cable is intact)?

Hello. I've never had this problem with the beamer. And it's certainly not the xbox?
Tip: if you are sure that the problem is with the projector (and not the cable or source), file a warranty claim with Digitec/Galaxus. They are very responsive and helpful from experience.
