Hello I have a Sony alpha 7 iii and a 35mm 1.4 from sigma. From what length of camera and lens is the eyecup attached to the gimbal? So far I haven't found anything useful on DJI's homepage or on the net in general. I hope you can help me. I don't want a gimbal that can't be used with a 360Grand camera. Thanks a lot for your help.

Ola, I am currently filming with a Panasonic GH5 and an M. Zuiko 25 mm, 1.2 or an M. Zuiko 7 X 14 mm 2.8 both from Olympus. The 25 mm has a length of exactly 11.791 cm.e. After balancing, the eyecup has a distance to the gimbal of 7 mm . The camera can easily move 360 ° horizontally and approx. 240 ° vertically. The length is not the decisive factor, but the total weight of the camera and lens and any additional accessories such as a microphone, etc. All this has to be balanced first. All this has to be balanced first.
It is clear that a lens with a length of 5 cm and one with a length of 17 cm require different settings to be balanced correctly. If you use a telephoto zoom lens that gets longer when you turn it, you have to balance the camera every time, unless you use a lens with an inner zoom, like my 7 X 14 mm. The lens length remains constant and the weight offsetting is minimal.
That's why I mostly use fixed focal length lenses.
Once you have practiced balancing a bit, made a few little notes for each lens setting, this gimbal is a very good thing. I would not return it.
Best regards
