Question about HP Transfer unit

Hello! Yesterday I installed the transfer unit in my printer. But now the error message "Transfer ribbon error" appears. I have the feeling that the small white connection cable is not 100% compatible with my printer, as it does not fit tightly enough compared to the cable of the previous transfer ribbon. Or are there possible transfer parts that I should have taken off before? I am very much at a loss on this subject. I have already carried out the reset in tech mode.

I had no problems with the plug on my SAMSUNG XPRESS C480 printer. Its size was exactly the same as the one of the transfer unit to be replaced, so it fitted correctly into the socket. Sorry, I can't help you any further.
