No, none of this is present. It is therefore entirely up to you to lay the cables properly (cable ties or similar can help).

Good evening. Firstly, I rate the product as very good and I do not regret the purchase in any way.
Regarding your question - there are neither cable ducts nor cable guides. However, the cables can easily be fixed to the frame itself with cable ties, if fixing is necessary at all. I have not made any fixings, the cables run concealed behind the TV directly into the wall.
