Hello together I bought the docking station to connect two 4K monitors (Samsung U28E590D) to my HP laptop. Now (despite installing the driver) the screen resolution is maximum at 1920 x 1080. Can anyone help me further, where possibly the problem lies? Many thanks in advance! Kind regards

Hello,

For 2x 4K to be possible, your laptop's main GPU must support the DP 1.4 standard - it must be either an AMD CPU or an 11th generation Intel CPU.
If the GPU supports the DP 1.2 standard, 2x 1920x1080 resolution is possible.

Can you please contact our technical support directly? Which laptop do you have exactly? We could check which DisplayPort standard your main GPU supports.

With kind regards
