Could it be that the refresh rate (Hz) is only 50-60Hz and not 120Hz as stated?
Somehow this is incorrectly declared in several products.
Can someone check this?

Hi homajun,

the refresh rate is 50/60 Hz. If you are using an HDMI device that supports 8K or 4K 100/120 Hz video output, connect the Ultra High-Speed HDMI™ cable and follow the on-screen instructions to set the [HDMI signal format] of the HDMI IN port.

If you are connecting a video game console that supports 4K 120 Hz and VRR, check the HDMI input label on the TV and connect the HDMI IN port.t, and connect to the HDMI input labelled 4K 120 Hz or 4K 120 Hz 8K, or connect to the HDMI input displayed as [Optimised format (4K120, 8K)] or [Optimised format (VRR)] for [HDMI signal format].
