Hello Together I have been using the product for about 2 weeks now. However, I have the problem that the docking station switches itself off completely at random intervals. This means that the connection to the two connected screens and to the Surface 7 Pro are lost and I have to switch the docking on again via the button (press for 2 seconds). Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

i have the same problem when i am connected to my private laptop. on the company laptop i have the problem with only one monitor because the picture disappears and there is a strange colour spectrum.
