Question about Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Hello together. I am putting together a powerful PC for study / rendering (Cinema 4D, Corona, VRay). I could download a free Windows EDU version. Can I then load this onto a stick and boot a new PC with it? And what disadvantages do I have compared to the normal Windows Pro or Home version? Recommendations?

Yes, that should work. I don't know the difference to the Windows EDU version in detail but during my studies we got access to MSDNAA and there are also Windows 10 Pro versions. As far as I know, it is now also possible to upgrade between the versions by simply replacing the product key.
