This radio is perfect in terms of operation, simple and clear.
But the sound is terrible: very muffled, as if there was a film around it. It almost hurts your ears.
I have tried to optimise the treble, bass and volume in the settings.

PURE Evoke devices have a better acoustic quality than other compact plastic devices thanks to their MFD housing and bass reflex opening. They are also filled with a kind of "insulating wool" on the inside.
We are satisfied with our device: speech and music are reproduced faithfully. Of course, this cannot be compared with high-quality audio speakers.
However, the station selection button has worn out due to heavy use.

Well, the sound quality isn't great, it's just mono, but I wouldn't say that it hurts your ears. 😉
Our Bose system is clearly better, but it's also in a different price range. 🤪
We're happy with the Evoke so far.
