Hello, there are two different Image resolutions in the specifications, on the one hand 2560 x 1440 pixels, 27", on the other hand it says 4K, i.e. UHD, but according to Asus it is a 2560 x 1440 pixel.

I was able to do a search and the resolution is indeed "2560 x 1440" pixels according to ASUS. I have already requested the correction.
