Hello my steering wheel no longer has power steering when I steer to the left it feels rubbery and when I steer to the right it is without power steering, would be very nice if someone could help me.

Without wanting to be a great expert, I would say that the thing seems to be defective. If the rest works, it won't be the power supply unit. I assume you have already tried plugging it in and unplugging it?
