Hello, I’ve connected the monitor to my laptop (M1, 2020) using the USB-C cable supplied, but the webcam isn’t working and isn’t being recognised by Zoom, OBS or similar programmes. Do I need a driver for this? Has anyone else had similar problems or any suggestions for a solution? Best regards

A driver is not required for the Mac. If the webcam is not recognised at all despite being connected via USB-C, the problem is usually with the USB connection, the permissions or the monitor configuration. If the camera does not appear in the macOS ‘System Information → USB’ app either, there may be a fault with the monitor or the USB circuitry.
