Hello Is the environment also completely shielded as with the Evolve 75, i.e. not ANC but related to the microphone (microphone with noise cancellation), so that the person I am calling cannot hear anything from my environment?

Hello

I can't make a direct comparison with the Evolve 75, but my experience with this headset is very good. It allows high-quality conversations even in a busy open-plan office or in a busy home office. However, it is beyond the capabilities of this headset to completely block out the surroundings, e.g. when children are shouting or similar.
