Hello if I have 4 fans in my housing 3 on the side and 1 opposite. Is the hub sufficient for all 4 fans or do I need 2 hubs?

Yes, you can connect 7 devices per hub connection, i.e. 14 in total. You only need an icue cable that is long enough
