Hello, I have tried to install the antenna. However, I only get either astra or hotbird on the 2lnbs, depending on the orientation, never astra on one and hotbird on the other. It's enough to make you cry. Does anyone have any experience with this part and an idea why it might not work? Maybe the altitude plays a role, I'm at 1100m. Thank you and greetings

Helpful answer

Hello,
I have now been able to solve the problem. My TV offers the configuration for 1 LNB, 2 LNB and 3-4 LNB. For 2 LNB it uses DiSEqC Mini, for 3-4 LNB DiSEqC 1.0. While reading the description of the antenna I noticed that the configuration should be done with DiSEqC 1.0. So I did a configuration for 3-4 LNB and skipped the LNB3 and LNB4.......and lo and behold it suddenly worked.

Greetings and have a nice evening

Hello!

Do you really have the Multytenne described, because you write about 2 LNBs? Multytenne has 2 internal "eyes", each of which "watches" its own satellite. I hope you have only described this and not mounted two such Multytenne LNB's.

Then it is probably due to the Diseqc settings.
With the LNBs normally available in the trade, Astra is set to Pos. 2 and Hotbird to Pos. 1.
With Technisat, "since time immemorial", the settings are reversed. Astra on 1, Hotbird on 2.

Try using these settings.

Greetings
