Question about Sonos Arc

Hello, I have connected the Arc to a Bravoa TV. Now it happens occasionally that the sound from the TV sometimes just goes out, the picture then sometimes continues for 2-3 seconds before the TV switches off and switches on again by itself about 5 seconds later. Is this a known problem? Can you suggest a solution? Thank you very much!

Hi, I didn't have this problem with the Arc, but I did with a Samsung OLED TV that kept switching on and off in a continuous loop. Seems to be a common topic with some Samsung devices, I had not heard of this from Sony. My new Samsung NeoOled works perfectly with the Arc soundbar
