Hello I have an Ultra 2 (2024) model. With the supplied charging cable, a charge from 20-100% takes about 1 hour. With this charging cable which I bought from you on the same charging adapter, however, it takes almost 3 hours. Is this possibly a fake?

Very good advice! In my case, the charging cable started to smoke / burn after two uses! I wrote to Galaxus about the incident and was refunded without any problems, but Galaxus made absolutely no comment about the smoke. If I hadn't been sitting next to it when it happened, who knows what could have happened. Very weak on the part of Galaxus!
