1) I would like to know if I can pair it with a computer (bluetooth type) and make it work on Skype for Business software?
2) Is the "Over-Head" mode included in the package?
3) When the headset is in "Over-Head" mode, can it still be placed on its charging station? Or does it not fit?

Answer

No, it can only be connected to a DECT phone via the DECT function. Over-Head is not included here.
