Hello, I bought this watch 2 years ago (March 2024). Everything worked fine until last week when the writing on the screen started to become pixelated and then the screen went black. Since then, it's been impossible to switch it back on, even when charging, and as there are no buttons, what can I do? Ironically, the 2-year guarantee ended on 9 March 2026 and these problems started to appear on 12 March 2026... Is this programmed obsolescence? As I can no longer send it back to you for repair, I'd like some advice on how to get it working again. Thank you in advance for your help!
