Hello galaxus, i bought this graphics card when there was cashback. i did all the protocols for cashback. asus accepted my request but i did not receive the cashback. please help me Have a nice day

Helpful answer
Asus' terms and conditions state that it can take up to 20 days to process the cashback and up to 90 days to pay it out. So a little patience is probably required, as the entire process could take up to almost four months.
