Hello everyone, I have twice this product at home and for both, once or twice a day of teleworking, they turn off suddenly. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution please? Many thanks in advance.

Hello! I have a similar problem, the LAN/network just drops out briefly from time to time. I can't tell you for sure, but I have come to the conclusion that it has to do with overheating. Lg

Hello, yes I have this problem too, unfortunately I couldn't solve it either and so I bought a new original device. I searched for a solution for a long time, unfortunately without success. However, this problem seems to be widespread.
