It was working at first and then nothing the beug that displays:

The printer can print on different paper formats (10 x 15 cm, 5.4 x 8.6 cm, etc.), and each paper format has special ink cartridges that match it. Is it possible that you have selected a different paper format in the software than the one you have loaded?
