Hello everyone, I have fully charged the power bank, LEDs were displayed and are now full. As soon as I disconnect it from the power supply, the powerbank cannot be switched on (pressing or holding the power button = no reaction.) I have tried using the original Apple charging cable and Digitec 100W USB C cable on various devices, but nothing happens... Am I missing something or has the thing gone?

When I switch them on, they light up... When you connect a device for charging, you have to press the power button for 4 seconds.
