I have updated to Windows 11 and the drivers have been adopted without any problems. The U7 also works without any problems under Windows 11.

For me, the card runs without any problems under Windows 10. I can't find any reference to Windows 11 at ASUS, which would also make me wonder. Unfortunately, I can't answer this question for you.
