Hello, do the fans in the photo come with the case? I don't see them in the case description... and I don't understand what the other product in the photo is?

Correct. The three fans are included. One at the back and two at the bottom. The other product is a riser cable. It is used to mount the graphics card vertically. Normal mounting is not possible.
